I believe in taking an evidence-based approach and am always grounded in science and research, however, I recognize that each individual is unique and that their experiences and struggles are going to be equally as unique.

Here’s the truth: you’re the expert in your story. I’m just the guide with snacks and sarcasm.

We're going to talk about you, remember, you're the expert of your own story.. But I've been in the trenches, so my job is to get in there with you and get you the hell out.

Approach to Therapy

I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions. I work alongside my clients, co-piloting as we look to understand and breakdown emotions and feelings.

My goal is to help my clients understand that there is no "right" or "wrong" way to feel and there are no "good" or "bad" emotions; that emotions and feelings are simply information that we can use to better understand ourselves and what our brains are trying to tell us.
