I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions. I work alongside my clients, co-piloting as we look to understand and breakdown emotions and feelings.
My goal is to help my clients understand that there is no "right" or "wrong" way to feel and there are no "good" or "bad" emotions; that emotions and feelings are simply information that we can use to better understand ourselves and what our brains are trying to tell us.
